2:00 - 4:00PM Arrival
5:00 PM We will begin the evening with an introduction to each other and honoring and trusting ourselves. We'll dive deeper into self awareness and sisterhood through a sacred flower ceremony and the night will end with a sound bath under the stars.
8:00 AM Day two will begin with an outdoor breakfast and gentle movement to invite new beginnings into your body and mind.
10:00 AM We will continue our expansion by doing a deeper dive into the body with private sessions that include a Body Calibration Session and an aromatherapy session and a body scrub/skin treatment. This is also an open afternoon to honor your body and take personal time to nap, journal, meditate in the garden, and connect with other women. Open lunch will be served between 12:00 - 3:00PM

6:30 PM Group Dinner
8:00 PM We'll gather the group of ladies and go through a workshop on different somatic release techniques and you will be practicing and using throughout the rest of the retreat. These tools are amazing to take home and use throughout the rest of your healing journey and your life! It includes working with the body, clearing the chakras, and breathing feminine life force energy throughout your entire system. We will also cover how to use the body for decision making and practices for deeper self trust.
8:00 AM Day three will begin with breakfast on the patio and a light yoga class to awaken the body and tune and awaken the body and feminine energy.

10:00 AM We will begin our private SANGA Sessions and Rose Petal Release Ceremony. You will also have time for relaxation in the cabana or personal time. Open lunch will be served between 12:00 - 3:00PM

6:30 PM Group Dinner
8:30 PM Embodiment and celebration circle. This is a chance to get playful! It's also a chance to connect and get deeper insights from yourself and the group. It's a chance to practice all of the new tools and techniques you learned throughout the week. It's a chance to wear something that makes you feel like a goddess! It's a chance to celebrate you and all of the women around you!
8:00 AM Day four will begin with breakfast on the patio, a gratitude exercise, and a group bliss body meditation. After celebrating all of that beautiful personal work you've done we will move into a clothing and jewelry swap! Bring any clothes that you feel just don't fit your style or your body anymore and donate them to the the circle of sisters! You can also bring jewelry and accessories that you would like to swap.

This session was designed to create new neural pathways and activate your body's sensory system. This will help you build a deep connection to the intelligence within your own body. You will also learn to trust what your body is feeling and understand how to make decisions that include your body's innate wisdom. It also can help rewire us to experience more presence, confidence, and trust from within.

Refund policy:
Up to 60 days prior to the start of the event all monies paid minus $500 are refundable should you cancel.
Cancellation within 30 days of retreat are fully earned, with no refund provided. You may transfer your retreat registration and monies to a future retreat date for the value you paid for this event.
You may request to have your registration transferred but it is not guaranteed.
If cancellation is implemented by us, we will happily refund all monies paid by you.
