Each Rustico bar is single harvest, and stone-ground.  Made with some of the rarest (criollo) and most delicious hand-selected organic cacao beans on earth, delicately fermented and roasted to perfection. Very unique and intense flavor.  
We handcraft each bar individually with love and care.  With each batch you will discover the distinct taste of that seasons harvest. Only 20 bars made per batch.
