Lesson 1: SANGA Ecosystem - Environments That Heal

  • SANGA Practitioners create environments for people to heal themselves by accessing their own divine wisdom, higher self knowledge. 

  • Confidentiality

  • Space holding:

    • Container

      • Tone and type of music, lights, energetic balance, feels safe, the pleasure principle

    • Non-Judgement

      •  Allowing each person to have their own experience, trusting their higher self and wisdom, and not trying to fix.

    • Self Trust

      • Grounded, Safe, present, putting your process aside, safe voice, soft tones, touch etc, safe boundaries. 

        • Tuning into different frequencies and how they feel - creating your energetic container (what you are sending and what you are open to receiving)

  • Personal Exploration: â€‹â€‹

    • Who are the people you feel safe to heal with and why?

    • Who are the people who allow you to find your own answers and follow your own intuition?

    • ​Where are the environments where you feel safe to heal? Why?

    • Pick a space in your home where you can go to practice healing sessions on yourself throughout the rest of the course.

Lesson 2: Heart Mind Body Spirit Concepts 

  • Transformational Healing includes all 4 aspects of the self

  • Examples of each one and how to create awareness about it in our daily lives

  • Using the other 3 aspects of self if you are stuck in a loop with one

  • How each one is influenced by music/vibration and how heart math communicates through 4 pathways

  • Wholeness, alignment, coherence, harmony, abundance

  • Integration meditation to rewire the system through feeling states

    • Tune into your awareness daily of which aspect of you makes the decisions and when.

    • Eating, sleep, work, talking to a partner or family, exercise, hobbies.

Lesson 3: Self Separation, Fragmentation, and Integrated Healing

  • Survival and Basic Needs, Patterns and Programming, True Self Expression, Higher Self and Purpose

  • Fragmentation is the questioning, judging, suppressing, disassociating, or avoiding our wholeness.

  • Expansion means dissolving our confined ways of thinking and opening up to more possibility, choice, opportunities. 

  • Ego or low self esteem created around the wound, bully and victim

  • Will power vs healing

  • Transcending the negative lower vibrations and including all of the gifts that blossomed from the experience. “Everything you have experienced in your life is preparing you for what is yet to come” - Oprah Winfrey

    • Journal a memory of a time you're comfortable writing about, an experience where you experienced fragmentation.

    • What were the two polarities you created internally?

Lesson 4: Heart - Emotional Patterns, States, and Signatures

  • Emotional development ages 0-6

  • Emotional Patterns, Repression, or Tendencies. Emotions anchor memories.

  • Alexithymia -  Inability to identify and describe emotions experienced by one's self or others. Emotional mirroring for increased sensory awareness and increased emotional vocabulary

  • Logic and emotions are two different languages. Logic interrupts the allowance of emotions. Positive psychology can override the emotional experience.

  • Mirror emotions and validate them, allow clients to complete their emotional process. 

  • Forgiveness is a natural result of healing.

  • Emotional states: energetic signature, regenerative or degenerative emotions, and HRV

  • Cultivating emotional signatures without needing it from our external environment.

  • Increasing our baseline for positive emotions and system coherence (entrainment)

    • Write the relationship you have with each of the emotions in the intake packet.

    • Practice cultivating a few positive emotional states with your heart math device.

Lesson 5: Mind - Beliefs, Thoughts, Ideas, Imagination

  • Thoughts are frequencies - brain waves

  • Our core beliefs about ourselves and the world were created ages 4-10.

  • Brain plasticity and new neural pathways are created with new information, movement, sensations, smells, etc. 

  • “Our creative consciousness is not limited.” Using curiosity, wonder, creativity and imagination to go beyond our current reality and anchor new concepts into the body and mind with feelings and sensation.

  • Create new experiences of self with safe people

    • Pick 5 topics that are most important to you from the worksheet. Journal about your relationship to each topic for 2-5 minutes. What did you think about them growing up compared to now? Then go back and see if you can pick out beliefs or thought patterns that you have about each topic. Connect with a partner and share.

Lesson 6: Body - Physiology, Senses, Actions

  • Body Changes Age 11-18

  • The body is the spirit’s vehicle

  • Physical Multi-sensory: Sight, sound, smell, touch, taste, 6th sense, feedback of environment, connects our spirit and consciousness to the experiences we have, our understanding of the world, and our evolution.

  • Ecosystem, cells, atoms, and other living organisms

  • How the physical body holds aspects of our consciousness and emotions

  • Experiences can be patterned into the nervous system and pain in the body. By the time an issue presents as pain in the body it has been overlooked in the energetic, emotional, and mental aspects.

  • How the body can be used to influence the mind, emotions, and energy

  • Body, chakras and exercises to influence state

    • Take some time and allow your body to guide you, lead you, or express whatever it is feeling. Sounding, movement, singing, dancing.

    • Explore how your body is perfectly designed as your spirit's vehicle in this life.

Lesson 7: Spirit - Soul, Purpose, Energy Field

  • Purpose, desires, personality, expression, personal path age 18+

  • Everything is energy vibrating at different frequencies.

  • Human biofield contains the frequency of our soul and is the blueprint for how we materialize. It uses energetic patterns to transfer vibrations of spiritual/energetic information into emotional, mental, and physical information. Our physical bodies collect physical sensory information about our lived experience and then sends it back to our energetic field for spiritual integration and evolution. 

  • Chakra system and spiritual gifts

  • “The energetic system contributes to the “magnetic” attractions or repulsions that occur between individuals. The ability to sense what other people are feeling is an important factor in allowing us to connect, or communicate effectively with them. The smoothness or flow in any social interaction depends to a great extent on the establishment of a spontaneous entrainment or linkage between individuals. When people are engaged in deep conversation, they begin to fall into a subtle dance, synchronizing their movements and postures, vocal pitch, speaking rates and length of pauses between responses,[214] and, as we are now discovering, important aspects of their physiology also can become linked and synchronized…  The results of these experiments have led us to conclude that the nervous system acts as an antenna, which is tuned to and responds to the magnetic fields produced by the hearts of other individuals.     • When do you feel the most energized? When do you feel in alignment with your highest expression? How does your personality align to your spirit's purpose and expression? What are some spiritual gifts you may not have previously been aware of?

Lesson 8: Transformation Session

  • This is a time to focus on going deep into yourself with a partner and holding space for each other.  

  • Personal Exploration: â€‹â€‹

    • Review your intake form to see if any of your items you would like to transform are calling to you now. 

    • Ask yourself is there anything you feel like you can't have, can't do or don't deserve?

    • Ask yourself what is your purpose? What do you want to see more of in the world? What are the patterns you have that are creating the opposite? For example, " I want people to love themselves more." Question: What are all of the ways you aren't able to love yourself fully and unconditionally?
